Free shipping on every order over 299 NIS within 14 business days.

Shipping under 300 shekels – will be charged at a cost of ₪35

Important to know:

Once the order is received in the system, you will be sent an order confirmation by email with the order number.

On the day of delivery, a representative from the delivery company will contact you via SMS.
Exchanges and returns:

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, along with the original invoice, and receive a refund, credit, or a replacement item.

In the event of an order cancellation and the return of all products, a full refund will be given, minus a handling fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS,
-
The lowest of them, according to the Consumer Protection Regulations.

In the event of returning all products when the purchase amount was higher than 300 NIS - a deduction will be made from the refund in the amount of the shipping cost (35 NIS).

Returns can be made at online stores.

In the case of a partial return of products, when the purchase amount was higher than 300 NIS,

A credit will be given for the proportional portion of the payment, minus the shipping fee (35 NIS).

The same applies to products purchased on sale - the credit given will be calculated in proportion to the sale/benefit that was on the site at the time of purchase.

The shipping fee will be deducted from the credit when no payment for shipping fees was received on the original purchase invoice, in the case of a purchase over 300 NIS.

No returns on outlet items.

Transaction cancellations/exchanges/returns of items purchased in Eilat will be possible in Eilat only.

Items that have been used or whose packaging has been opened cannot be exchanged or returned – clothing items will only be exchanged if they bear the original label; shoes will only be returned or exchanged with the original packaging.

You can receive a refund to the credit card used to make the transaction within 21 business days of returning the product. We will cancel the transaction with the credit card company, so there is no need to contact them directly.

If, after purchase, the product you selected is out of stock or if your credit details were not recorded in the system, your order may be canceled by us. Our customer service will contact you to clarify and update.
