Exchanges and returns
We are happy to accept returns, provided that the products are returned with all original components and accessories, and have not been worn or washed. Products found to be used or damaged will be returned to the customer.
Returns will be allowed up to 60 days from the date the order was sent.
All returned products will undergo a strict inspection before a refund or exchange is approved. Returns may be subject to a 10% handling and restocking fee.
Products from the clearance category cannot be returned.
Returns cannot be made without a Return Authorization from the Customer Service Department. Products received without such authorization will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
How to request a return
You can request a return through your personal account/order history.
Click on the order number that contains the desired item, then click on the "Return Request" button.
Please allow 2–3 business days for your request to be processed.
